Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: ÀÓÇöõÆ®-°ñ °è¸é¿¡¼­ ¹ß»ýÇÏ´Â °úµµÇÑ ¿­Àº °ñÀ¯ÂøÀ» ÀúÇØÇÏ¿© ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ ½ÇÆи¦ À¯¹ßÇÑ´Ù. ÀÌ¿¡ À̹ø ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â ÀÓÇöõÆ® ±Ý ÇÕ±Ý º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ±³ÇÕ¸é »èÁ¦½Ã ÀÓÇöõÆ®-°ñ °è¸éÀ¸·ÎÀÇ ¿­Àü´Þ ¾ç»ó°ú ³Ã°¢ ¹æ½ÄÀÇ È¿À²¼ºÀ» ¾Ë¾Æ º¸°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ¹« ³Ã°¢ ±ºÀº ÀÓÇöõÆ®-°ñ °è¸éÀÇ ¿Âµµ°¡ ÀÌ»óÀ¸·Î »ó½ÂÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ °æºÎ¿¡¼­ À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô ³ôÀº ¿­ÀÌ ÃøÁ¤µÇ¾ú´Ù(P>.05). °ø±â³Ã°¢±º°ú¹°ºÐ»ç³Ã°¢±ºÀº ÀÓÇöõÆ®-°ñ °è¸éÀÇ ¿Âµµ°¡ ÀÌÇÏ·Î À¯ÁöµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¹« ³Ã°¢ ±º¿¡¼­ ÀÓÇöõÆ® °æºÎÀÇ ¿Âµµ°¡ ¿¡ µµ´ÞµÇ´Â µ¥´Â ¾à ÃÊ°¡ ¼Ò¿äµÇ¾ú´Ù. °ø±â ³Ã°¢ ±º°ú ¹° ºÐ»ç ³Ã°¢ ±º »çÀÌ¿¡¼­´Â ÀÓÇöõÆ®-°ñ °è¸é ¿ÂµµÀÇ À¯ÀÇÂ÷°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù(P>.05).

°á·Ð: ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú·ÎºÎÅÍ ÀÓÇöõÆ® ±Ý ÇÕ±Ý º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ±³ÇÕ¸é »èÁ¦ ½Ã, ÀÓÇöõÆ® ÁÖÀ§ Á¶Á÷¿¡ À§Çظ¦ °¡ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÀÓ°è ¿Âµµ ÀÌ»óÀÇ ¿­ÀÌ ¹ß»ýÇßÀ½À» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ³Ã°¢ ¹æ½ÄÀº °ø±â ³Ã°¢°ú ¹° ºÐ»ç ³Ã°¢ ¸ðµÎ È¿°úÀûÀ̶ó°í »ý°¢µÈ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze temperature change along the implant-bone interface induced by grinding the occlusal surface of implant gold prosthesis and to compare the temperature generated by grinding of prosthesis with different cooling methods.

Materials and Methods: The experimental gold prostheses were fabricated with dental gold alloy and castable abutment. The prostheses had 3 cylindrical protrusions on the occlusal surface with 1mm in height. Temperature was measured using 16 thermocouple wires attached to the implant fixture surface and the fixture was embedded in an acrylic resin block inside the water bath. Cylinders were grinded for a period of 30 second with a low-speed handpiece with green stone point. One cylindrical protrusion was grinded without cooling, the second one was grinded with air blow, and the third one was grinded with water-spray.

Results: The mean maximum temperature was measured more than of the implant and the maximum temperature was measured at the cervical portion of the implant in the group without cooling. There was statistically significant difference between the group without cooling and the groups with cooling (P<.05). However, there was no significant difference at all portion of implant in the groups with cooling (P>.05).

Conclusion: The results of this study support that the grinding of implant gold prosthesis without cooling may damage the peri-implant tissue. The continuous use of air blow and water-spray adjacent to prosthesis during the grinding of implant gold prosthesis may prove to be beneficial for cooling of the implant.
